Earlier known as Lucky Star Entertainment, we produced the multi nominated and awarded film ‘Pinjar’ in 2003, apart from this launched new talent and produced multiple music albums and some remarkable hits especially in the Punjabi industry. A comedy series cassette “Rolla Pe Gaya “ by Bhagwant Mann(now the CM of Punjab) broke records in selling comedy cassettes.
With evolution of digital cinema and content, we have rebranded ourselves as ‘SSO Productions’ with new vision and path.
The founder members of SSO are namely Samiksha Oswal and Shael Oswal, he has the intellect of a businessman and the soul of an artist. On this journey, Mr Oswal is accompanied by his wife who is the face of “SSO Productions” also a founder & producer – Mrs. Samiksha Oswal, who herself is a well-known actor from the film and television industry and has also directed short films and some of the hit songs of Shael Oswal.

On this journey, Mr Oswal is accompanied by his wife who is the face of “SSO Productions” also a founder & producer – Mrs. Samiksha Oswal, who herself is a well-known actor from the film and television industry and has also directed short films and some of the hit songs of Shael Oswal. Under their supervision the company looks at crafting works of art unseen but not unheard of. SSO Productions recent work includes a film titled ‘Max Min and Meowzaki’ and music singles like ‘Ishaara’, ‘Gallaan Teri’, ‘Sohneya’ and ‘Mann Bawraa’. In the times to come, we look forward to creating content in the film and music industry. We are keen at collaborating with the best in the industry to grow mutually. We want to create films that inspire actions. We want to move people emotionally and to move them to answer a call to action.

Pinjar is a 2003 Indian period drama film directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. The film is about the Hindu-Muslim problems during the partition of India and is based on a Punjabi novel of the same name, written by Amrita Pritam. Urmila Matondkar, Manoj Bajpayee and Sanjay Suri portray the lead roles.
